This week, the city of Busan hosted the third Korea-Japan-China Textile and Clothing Conference. At the conference, China Textile Industry Association president Wang Tiankai discussed the need for all three countries to share information about their textile industries to enhance cooperation. Four priority discussion topics were identified: free trade agreements,  environmental protection, security and cooperation in the fashion industry. The meeting concluded with the signing of a cooperation agreement between the three countries, including an agreement to establish a group of experts to help the three countries work together more closely.
