Introduction

Since its foundation in December 1980, Donghwa has secured international competitiveness by developing new products and improving the performance of products, executing ceaseless R&D equipped with the most competitive facility and production process as a production company specializing in hip heat exchanger, generation equipment, and heat exchanger for the chemical industry. Presently, the company is a supplier for the 6 biggest domestic dockyards and 3 biggest engine markers among other small/medium shipbuilders and marine transportation companies. The company boasts active operation strategy and high-quality strategy as a pioneer in the overseas export market to achieve foreign currency acquisition effects through direct exportation to dockyards in the U.S., Europe, Japan, and Southeast Asia. In 2010, its domestically produced air cooler and fresh water generator were selected as world first-class products. Currently, DOnghwa Entec is developing a next-generation heat exchanger for airplanes together with Rolls-Royce and Busan University under an official agreement. DOnghwa Entec was also selected as the Hidden Champion Growth Success business in 2010.
